Great Chinese food.

I checked out Tongs Garden for Chinese take out last week and was plesantly surprised at how quickly the food arrived, how hot it was, and how great it was. Feeling like the first time might have been a fluke, I called and ordered more food a few nights later and it was awesome again. Chinese food has a tendency to have way too much salt, and while I'm sure the sodium count was fairly high, the food didn't taste overly salty. The Boneless Spare Ribs were actually tender, the steamed Vegetable Dumplings were tender and had great flavor, and the Egg Drop Soup was boiling hot right out of the carton....even the Crab Rangoon appear to be home made. I have used several other chinese take-outs and this one seems to be a cut above the rest. If you enjoy Chinese, this one is a winner. Dan in Key West
